Why we built PeTrace
Pet health records are stuck in the last century. We're fixing that.
Pet health records are fragmented across clinics, on paper, in different countries. When pets travel, change vets, or need emergency care, critical records are missing. Microchips are everywhere. Millions of pets have them, but they only store a number. Not the health history. Not the vaccination schedule. Not the documents.
PeTrace links the microchip to a complete, verified digital health record. Your pet's entire medical history, accessible anywhere, verified by professionals, encrypted and private.
We started in Bangkok because Southeast Asia has one of the fastest-growing pet markets in the world, and one of the most fragmented. Millions of pets, thousands of clinics, and no shared infrastructure. PeTrace is that infrastructure.

What we believe
Privacy first
Your pet's data is yours. Encrypted at rest, access-controlled, and never sold. We use AES-256 encryption and presigned URLs that expire in 15 minutes.
Verification matters
Anyone can enter data, but only licensed vets can verify it. You always know what's been confirmed by a professional.
Open access
Any vet, anywhere, can look up a microchipped pet's record. No walled gardens, no platform lock-in.
How we protect your data
Encrypted everywhere
All personal data is encrypted with AES-256 before it touches the database. Even if someone gained access to the raw data, they could not read it without the encryption keys, which are stored separately and never logged.
Hosted in Singapore
Our database and file storage run in Singapore, keeping latency low for users across Southeast Asia. All data stays in the region and is subject to Singapore's strong data protection standards.
No third-party data sharing
We never sell, share, or monetize your data. No advertisers, no data brokers, no insurance companies. The only people who see your pet's records are people you authorize.
