Refunds and cancellation
Current cancellation and refund rules for PeTrace professional and shelter subscriptions.
Professional monthly plans
Clinic and hospital plans renew monthly. Organizations can cancel anytime. After cancellation, portal access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. PeTrace does not provide partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Shelter yearly plan
Shelter plans renew yearly. New shelter subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment. After 30 days, PeTrace does not provide partial refunds for unused time on yearly shelter plans.
Reviewed access
Professional and shelter portal access requires PeTrace review and approval. If an organization is not approved, PeTrace will not provision portal access for that organization.
Questions
Refund requests should be sent by an organization admin through support@petrace.io. PeTrace aims to respond to billing requests within 5 business days.
