Request deletion of your PeTrace account.
This public page is provided by PeTrace, operated by Cocopups Co., Ltd. in Thailand. It works without reinstalling the PeTrace mobile app.
What happens
- Enter the email associated with the PeTrace account.
- If an eligible account matches, PeTrace emails a single-use link that expires after 24 hours.
- Use the link to verify that you control the email and confirm the request.
- PeTrace reviews organization, billing, security, and protected-pet safeguards before permanent erasure.
What is deleted or retained
Permanent erasure removes the human account, personal account data, access credentials, and private participation where the released PeTrace erasure contract permits it. Reversible account deactivation is a different action.
Pet identity, microchip identity, and pet-owned health records may remain under PeTrace protected-pet stewardship after the human account is erased. PeTrace may also retain limited records required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, and accurate operational evidence.
